Overhead Paging - $799 (single zone)
Single or Multi Zone Paging Integration provides every caller in your organization access to existing PA system with our IP PA integration. Included in the rate is a technician to connect and configure our IP Paging appliance to your existing amplifier and/or overhead speakers
Secure + Manage - $150 Monthly
SmartFiber Network Services you can outsource the performance of your network, and the applications that rely on connectivity. Our services includes the prioritization of critical applications – i.e. VOIP, CRM, business critical apps – and insure your staff always has access to the tools required to perform their job. Your service includes fully automated failover, pro-active network support, and a single source of truth for all things technology related.
Managed Router - $75 Monthly
A SmartFiber Managed router includes an Advanced Gigabit Router with PoE and SFP and combines cost-effective routing performance with the convenience of fully managed deployment and support. The SmartFiber NOC has ‘eyes-on-glass’ 24x7x365 acitively monitoring customer networks. Our team is trained to act on your behalf and immediately contact your upstream Service Providers at the first sign of degradation.
Managed PoE Switch (24 port) - $85
SmartFiber deploys Meraki and Ubiquiti 24-port switches with (16) 802.3at PoE+ ports, (8) 802.3bt PoE++ ports, and (2) 10 GB SFP+ ports. Your 24 PoE is a fully managed Layer 3 switch with (8) 802.3bt (PoE++) and (16) 802.3at (PoE+) Gigabit Ethernet ports. (2) 10G SFP+ uplinks offer link aggregation for higher capacity and increased availability. Your 24-port PoE features a rich set of Layer 2 capabilities and integrates Layer 3 functionality such as inter-VLAN routing, static routing, and DHCP server.The ideal access layer switch for any network solution it combines up to 400W of near-silent PoE power with power redundancy. All maintenance, monitoring, and support is included in the 12 month term.

Complimentary Managed Installation
Every One Talk customer is given ‘white-glove’ treatment relative to the implementaion of their service.
Step 1 - Project Kick-Off
Once you’ve made the decision to proceed with Verizon, your SmartFiber & Verizon account teams will verify your phone numbers, list of users, and call routing guidlines. We will ship phones, schedule porting, and begin the process of provisioning your phone system. If you’re porting numbers, it will take 7-10 days to complete – for users with new phone numbers, your service will be active in a handful of days!
Step 2 - OneTalk VoIP Portal Configuration
When we said ‘managed’, we meant ‘managed’! At this step, SmartFiber will configure your Verizon One Talk Portal according to the previously completed Call Routing and User Guides. Your Administrator is welcome to join our team during this configuration and expedite the navigation of the already intuitive One Talk portal.
Step 3 - Phone Installation & Setup
Your pre-confiured phones should arrive 3-5 days after placing your order. They will arrive ‘plug-n-play’ and your Project Specialist will guide your team through the process of plugging it in. For deployments > 10 users, SmartFiber recommends an on-site installation by our certified network technicians.
Step 4 - Number Porting
Now that your phones are setup and your One Talk Portal has been configured, we’re ready to move into production. The port is scheduled within 10 business days of Order Submission and always takes place at midnight (12:00 am). One the day your numbers port, your Project Manager will provide a conference bridge for users to log-in and obtain one-on-one support navigating the ins and outs of One Talk.
Step 5 - Wellness Check
Three to Five days after your phones have been in production, your Project Manager will be in touch to insure the system is operating as intended. Any last minute configuration changes will be made at this time and you will be on your way to a more efficient, cost effective, and resilient way to communicate.
